We're siblings on a mission: Having navigated the challenges of college and post-grad life ourselves, we understand the importance of a safe and comfortable living space. Although our college years are long gone, our personal experiences with dorms and off-campus housing continue to motivate us to create a change for the better. No more cramped, dirty, shared bedrooms! Upgrade to clean, private and large rooms at a fraction of the cost of dorms while still being next door to campus!

Fueled by a shared vision, we committed to provide college students and young professionals with premium rooms for rent. We know that a comfortable living environment is crucial for academic success, and we strive to offer spaces that not only meet but exceed expectations. Your comfort, safety, and peace of mind are our top priorities. 

Students and young professionals love our homes and stay with us year after year because:

1. Our houses are super close to campuses: only 2-5 min from UAH and other major colleges (Calhoun, A&M etc)!

2. Our houses are in safe neighborhoods - plus easy access to downtown, restaurants, and supermarkets.

3. We offer a premium experience: each house is fully furnished for comfort and convenience.

4. Students get to upgrade from shared dorms to large private rooms with access to a kitchen.

Why stay in a larger house?

1. Our houses range from 7-9 total bedrooms across 2-3 floors each.

2. We aim to provide larger houses because students like living with their friends and having a support system with other classmates. They love having a large yet close-knit community to consult each other on schoolwork and other challenges!

3. Bedrooms are more spacious in our homes than smaller houses. Students can have their large private rooms, and come together as needed.

4. Our large houses also mean we have large front and backyards - great for students and athletes to exercise and practice sports.
